Where is My Order?

 

Delivery times vary for each item that we auction. Most of our items are shipped within two days of paying for the auction item. We will let you know as soon as your item has been processed and shipped. Although we dont guarantee a shipping date, most items arrive within 7 - 10 business days. Please check your email for any notifications.

NOTE: BidKnight requires all members to have current and accurate shipping and contact information in the members My Account. BidKnight will verify all shipping information via verbal phone call before your initial shipment. BidKnights responsibility is limited to the delivery of the shipment to the Members stated address, with proof of delivery verified through 3rd party shipper tracking. 
 
BidKnight utilizes 3rd party shipper tracking on all packages (Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx). 
 
Members responsibility is to provide a shipable secure location that is able to intake shipments securely. BidKnight is not responsible for any loss of shipment that has been delivery verified by the 3rd party shipper. Should more than one verified delivery shipment in a 12 month period be lost, BidKnight will request a new shipping address and will no long ship for free, Member will be responsible for all shipping cost as well as signature require fee.
 
Unfortunately, there are many thieves, scam artist and con-men which will do anything to defraud BidKnight which has caused us to limit shipping responsibility and require Members to be more attentive in securing their shipment intake location.

Tracking My Shipment?

 

You have got several options when it comes to finding your items tracking information. Foremost is email: We will always email you the necessary information about your items shipment, including confirmation, processing, actual time of shipment, and the items order status. You’ll receive these updates at whatever email you registered with your BidKnight account.
 
You can also view tracking information at your Order History, in My Account. There, you can use the search bar to look up a keyword or order number, or sort through your orders using the drop-down menu. When you find the specific order you are looking for, click View Details. If tracking information is available on this item, then you will be able to view it right there on the page. If you require further assistance tracking your order, our Customer Support team is always close by to help!
 
And lastly, if its been a while and you havent received an email update, we recommend you check your Spam folder, as emails can get stuck there. We also recommend that you do this before calling in to Customer Support because there is nothing more face-palm worthy than calling in to Support about an email that just got filed in the wrong folder. We have been there, too.

Return Policy

 

BidKnight allows returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy is within 35 days of the date the item was shipped.
 
BidKnight Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:
 
Return for Refund - Eligible merchandise is returned for a refund from BidKnight
 
Exchange - Eligible merchandise is exchanged for a different variation (i.e. customer desires different size or color of the same product.)
 
Replacement - Eligible merchandise is returned and replaced with the same exact merchandise (i.e. the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect).
 
Please contact Customer Support to initiate a return.
 
Fees:
 
Returns resulting from a BidKnight error will NOT incur a fee. For returns that are not a result of a BidKnight error, a fee will apply as defined below.
 
The maximum refund will not exceed the total amount paid for the merchandise.
 
Refunds:
 
Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days after the receipt of returned merchandise to receive the refund.
 
Unavailable Replacements/Exchanges:
 
In the rare event that BidKnight is unable to fulfill an order, BidKnight will offer a product replacement for an alternative but comparable item, as determined at BidKnights sole discretion. If a product replacement option is unacceptable, you may choose to accept a re-credit of bids spent in the auction and a refund of your transaction price. In addition, if a discount was earned on the order (i.e. won an auction for a discount), BidKnight will reimburse this amount in the form of Voucher Bids.
 
Defective:
 
An item that is discovered to be defective is eligible for a refund/replacement.
 
Damaged:
 
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately.  BidKnight must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 2 business days of the date of receipt.
 
Return Shipping:
 
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, however, if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or the result of BidKnight error, BidKnight will pay the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material) in the form of Real Bids (however, these bids will not be able to be refunded for cash).
 
Limitations on Returns:
 
Items are no longer eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. BidKnight may refuse investigation of issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date.
 
Product Condition:
 
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
 
Removal or alteration of a products UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.
 
Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customers responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.
 
Exceptions:
 
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:
 
Gift cards
Apple iPads
Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory cards, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink
Intangible goods such as Voucher Bids, etc.
BBQ grills
Some TVs

International Shipping?

 

BidKnight offers FREE SHIPPING on all products shipped in the US. In some cases BidKnight offers FREE SHIPPING to Canada, when not available BidKnight offers current International shipping rates. Please check auction listing to insure knowledge of Canadian Shipping costs.

Are Items Ever Substituted?

 

On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, BidKnight will contact you and offer a replacement item of comparable specifications and value (as determined at BidKnights sole discretion) or a full refund of the transaction price (including the auction end price and shipping costs, if any). The number of bids you used in the auction will be credited to your account. These situations are rare and we will always do our best to keep you happy.

Where Does BidKnight Ship?

 

BidKnight.com currently only ships to the US and Canada. You must have a verified US or Canadian Postal shipping address to recieve items shipped by BidKnight.com. We do not ship eCards to non verified address or emails. You also need to have a current contact phone number in your My Account as we do Phone Verification of address before any items are or will be shipped. This procedure protects you, our member.
