Can I Substitute items?

 

We try very hard to make sure our members have a incredible experience while using the BidKnight website. There are many reasons members are not permitted to substitute the items they won.
 
Though not offered currently, our programmers are hard at work to bring more features to the site, there is a big possibility that in the future, members will be able to choose from a list of items offered based on auction final value.

How Do I Change My Password?
 
If you just want to change your password, select My Account from the Nav Bar at the top of the Home page. Click on the My Profile tab then select Edit Password. You will be redirected to enter your new password. Hit Submit and you are done!

I Forgot My Username/Password

 

I Forgot My Password or Username. What Can I Do?
 
There are two ways to reset your password:
 
1. If you just want to change your password, select My Account from the Nav Bar towards the top of the Home page. Click on the My Dashboard tab then look for the words Update Profile, click on that and a yellow box will come up that allows you to make changes.  You can not only edit your password, but other initial information as well.  Just change the information, Hit Submit and you are done!
 
2. If you have forgotten your user name, you will have to contact Customer Support.
 
Click Sign In from the top of www.bidknight.com. Then click Forgot Password from the Sign In popup menu. You will be redirected to enter the email address you used during registration. Once you click submit, you will receive an email that contains a link to create a new password.

Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed. When registering, please avoid choosing a username that could offend other users as your username will be visible to other users. If you notice a username that is offensive, please contact Customer Support and we will work on changing it.

Can I Change My Email Address?
 
Yes you can, just select My Account from the Nav Bar at the top of the Home page. Click on the My Profile tab. In the My Profile section, you will be able to edit your email address by clicking the Update button.

How Do I Change My Avatar?

 

What is An Avatar?
 
An avatar is an image that is used to represent a user account. We have plenty of fun icons you can choose from! Pick your own by selecting My Account from the Nav Bar at the top of the Home page.  Click the My Profile tab and select My Avatar. You will see all our avatars currently available, if you wish to select one or change your existing avatar, just click the one you like and it will automatically be updated!

How Can I See the Auctions I Have Won?
 
Once logged in, click My Account in the Nav Bar at the top of the page. Select My Dashboard tab and then click Won Auctions from the menu.

One House - Mutiple Accounts?

 

Are Multiple Accounts Allowed Within the Same Household?
 
BidKnight does allow users who share a household (e.g. a husband and wife, roommates, etc.) to create one account per person within the same household, however, customer accounts that BidKnight deems related are prevented and/or prohibited from participating in the same auction at the same time, regardless of whether or not they are in direct communication with each other. BidKnight takes collusion very seriously as it is harmful to the customer experience; it is continuously monitored and not tolerated.
 
BidKnight defines collusion as two or more user accounts working together in an auction. Failure to comply with these policies can result in disabled accounts and canceled orders. In some cases, it could be considered Felony Fraud and BidKnight will prosecute to the fullest of the Law.
